# WordPress / Other Website Integration

Go to **DEPLOY → Publish** in your chatbot dashboard to see the available deployment options.\
For WordPress, **AI BotKit** offers **three ways** to embed your chatbot:

***

#### Option 1 : Add directly to your WordPress website

Select the **WordPress** deployment method in your chatbot dashboard. After connecting the AI BotKit plugin to your WordPress site, choose how to display the chatbot:

* **Sitewide** -- Enable the chatbot on all pages of your WordPress site with one click.
* **Page-specific** -- Choose specific pages or posts where the chatbot should appear.

#### Option 2: Add Shortcode

You can also add the chatbot using a shortcode.\
Simply paste the following shortcode on any page or post where you want the chatbot to appear:

```
[ai_botkit_chatbot id="baa4fd30-892fh"]
```

For example, add it to your homepage to make the chatbot visible there.

#### Option 3 : Share Link

If you want to share your chatbot without embedding it, use the **Share Link** option.\
This generates a direct link that anyone can visit to chat with your bot.

For example : [https://app.aibotkit.io/chatbot/baa4fd30-eeb](https://app.aibotkit.io/chatbot/baa4fd30-eeb6-47)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://aibotkit-docs.gitbook.io/documentation/embedding-your-chatbot/wordpress-other-website-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
